Avadhut Gupte's New Marathi Movie 'Jai Maharashtra Dhaba, Bhatinda'

Unlike his earlier two political movies 'Zenda' & 'Morya', this time Avadhut Gupte has come up with fresh love story called “Jai Maharashtra Dhaba, Bhatinda”. It’s a love story with two new fresh faces, Abhijeet Khandkekar and Prarthana Behere.

There are many punjabi dhabas all over Maharashtra with names like 'Sher-E-Punjab', 'Makhan Singh Ka Dhaba'. This is the story of a Maharashtrian young man who went to Punjab and opens a dhaba. Hence the name 'Jai Maharashtra Dhaba, Bhatinda'. There is also curiosity about a song with fusion of marathi Powada and punjabi Bhangda.
